Tenant Wellness offers a variety of meditation and mindfulness classes.

Our instructors are certified wellness practitioners with current CPR certification. Guided relaxation to re-charge. Finding stillness in body and mind. Personalized through mindful meditation techniques.

Guided Meditation (15 mins)

10 minutes a day of meditation reduce stress-related health conditions like anxiety, depression and pain. Learn the scientific bases and explore various forms and types. Improve cognition and self-awareness. Learn with bite-size practice which activities are best for you. Sit or lie down to experience a few moments free of anxiety and/or stress.

Sound Bath Meditation (50 mins)

Relaxation technique whereby members ‘bathe’ in the sound waves produced by Himalayan singing bowls. Lie down on bed of pillows and let your body and mind surrender to the soothing sounds. You’ll be amazed at how fast you settle into a deep, restful state of being releasing tension and stress. Sound bath rejuvenation is for everyone in any form of attire.

Meditation helps lower the risk of heart disease, lowers blood pressure and reduce anxiety.
