Wellness Services

Tenant Wellness was created to meet the needs of employees by providing an on-site wellness program of exercise, guided activities, and mental stimulation. Programs and activities that promote physical, mental and emotional health which result in better productivity and a healthier lifestyle.

Proven successful activities include yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, meditation and relaxation techniques. Health and wellness speakers and practitioners are schedule weekly based on topics expressed by the tenants.
